WESTBURY SHOW – 11th November 2017
All sites will be outdoors and the vendor is responsible for providing their own marquee and tables.
The President, Kevin Lattin and Secretary Shannon Barwick will be at the Showground at 6.30am Saturday for setting up. If you need to do any preliminary setup this may be done with prior approval on Friday the 10th November, 2017.
ALL vehicles are to be removed from the ground no later than 8.30am. A Committee member will direct you to parking. Absolutely NO VEHICLES are to be parked on, or at Vendor sites.
Please note your booking will be confirmed once the Stallholder Application Package is completed (to be updated) and sent with payment in full. Entry passes will be posted to you prior to the Show.
